The friendly staff tried to address our concerns, but the lack of attention to detail, such as dirty carpets and peeling walls, was evident. the complimentary amenities like the outdoor pool and fitness center were nice touches, but the overall cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Our family, avid travelers, were let down by the inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance at this hotel. The hotel's central location and additional features such as the outdoor pool and free breakfast are appealing. However, the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and the inconsistent housekeeping services were major drawbacks. While the staff was friendly, the issues with deep cleaning and maintenance were concerning. the family-friendly amenities and spacious suites were convenient, but the cleanliness standards need improvement for a more comfortable stay. Despite the good price and convenient location, the subpar cleaning standards detracted from our overall experience.
